Delete your Brightr account

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile and login
• Linked child profiles
• Linked caregiver access
• Order history and subscriptions
• Saved settings and notifications

You will receive a one-time code at your registered email. Enter it on the next step along with your current password to confirm deletion.

After confirmation, your data is marked for deletion and permanently removed within 30 days. Active subscriptions must be canceled from your Apple or Google account.
